Welcome to Kota Bharu homestay, Neizs Residence..

Neizs Residence offers a comfortable residence for guest's satisfaction. We offer a studio apartment that has been renovated into 2 bedrooms and a kitchen for family accommodation. The building has just completed its construction in middle 2012 and we had launched this residence in middle February 2013, so everything is still new.

Located in a strategic place in Kota Bharu town, directly in front of the largest shopping complex in Kelantan, KB Mall Shopping Centre, it is really convenience for shopping, dining, and also travelling. It is suitable for tourists who plan to visit Kota Bharu and enjoys it uniqueness. Siti Khadijah Market and Buluh Kubu Bazaar, among the famous attractions, are also located nearby, about 2 - 2.5 km from here. 

Due to the positive responds & good feedback from our guests (alhamdulillah), in March 2014 we had acquired another apartment unit at the same building, and with few renovations, had launched a Family Suite studio, suitable for large family travelling.

Bookings

Bookings are only considered after we received deposit (by way of 50% from the published rate) to allow for only serious guests to check-in. This is to avoid from last minute cancellation and thus denying the other serious guests who really want to stay at our residence. Kindly check the room availability at the calendar given for bookings. Do book early to avoid disappointment.

Rates

You can choose the units that are most suitably for your needs. We have :

- A studio with partition in the middle (2 queen bed), usually accommodate between 4-5 adults.

- A family suite studio (1 king + 1 queen bed) + a leather sofa that can accommodate between 5-7 adults.

You can save more money by staying in more nights with us, as we offer discounted rate for those who extended their stay with us. The units also suits those that need to come for work purpose and want to bring their family along, as during the working hours, family members can freely shop and dining at KB Mall Shopping Complex. As the residence also has 24-hours security guard, you can be assured that your family members are in safe condition.

We are located strategically in the centre of Kota Bharu town. Among the notable landmarks around the areas are KB Mall Shopping Centre (the apartment is located behind it), and Tune Hotel Kota Bharu (attached building - beside the hotel). Neizs Residence offers two (2) comfortable queen-sized bed for our customers. We have partition in the middle of the rooms for privacy. With our high quality mattresses, we hope our customers will be satisfied with a good rest and thus having a deep sleep.

For the family suite, Neizs Residence offers 1 king-sized bed + 1 queen-sized bed for our customers. In this unit, we have carpets in all areas except for the kitchen area. With the quality mattresses, we hope our customers will be satisfied with a good rest and thus having a deep sleep.
