Bookings

Bookings are only considered after we received deposit (by way of 50% from the published rate) to allow for only serious guests to check-in. This is to avoid from last minute cancellation and thus denying the other serious guests who really want to stay at our residence. Kindly check the room availability at the calendar given for bookings. Do book early to avoid disappointment.

Rates

You can choose the units that are most suitably for your needs. We have :

- A studio with partition in the middle (2 queen bed), usually accommodate between 4-5 adults.

- A family suite studio (1 king + 1 queen bed) + a leather sofa that can accommodate between 5-7 adults.

You can save more money by staying in more nights with us, as we offer discounted rate for those who extended their stay with us. The units also suits those that need to come for work purpose and want to bring their family along, as during the working hours, family members can freely shop and dining at KB Mall Shopping Complex. As the residence also has 24-hours security guard, you can be assured that your family members are in safe condition.

For the family suite, Neizs Residence offers 1 king-sized bed + 1 queen-sized bed for our customers. In this unit, we have carpets in all areas except for the kitchen area. With the quality mattresses, we hope our customers will be satisfied with a good rest and thus having a deep sleep.
